Missed a few workouts.

waist-line: 37 inches

I’ve skipped a few workouts because my elbows are really bothering me.  Not really the elbows, the tendon areas where they meet the forearm.  It is pretty annoying at full extension of the joint.  I’m going to just start “working through it” if the problem isn’t better by Friday.  I missed today as well because I seem to have a little of a stomach bug.  I would not have kept down my food doing kettlebell squats!

So, it is a little like investing.  I’m  having a minor setback.  But previous gains are still with me.  Body weight is more or less steady despite eating more.  And my waist-line is just a hair below 37 inches (not enough to call it 36.5 yet).

Not much else to add since I’m not really feeling well.

    Hey – the soreness sucks, but make sure you don’t overdo it and cause more damage. You can always adjust your workout routine to find other ways that won’t cause as much stress on your elbow. But hopefully it is better soon and you don’t need to even think about it going forward.
